1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 975ph website, mobile-optimized site, and any related services operated under the domain 975ph.club (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the 975ph platform.

By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the 975ph Platform, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. These Terms are effective as of the date of your first access to the 975ph Platform.

3. Account Registration

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 975ph players only. 975ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG software or live physical events and are not influenced by 975ph or any player.
• All bets placed on the 975ph Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after placement, except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the 975ph Platform or any hosted game;
• Using the 975ph Platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from illegal sources;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting 975ph support to resolve the dispute;
• Accessing the 975ph Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 975ph Platform — including but not limited to the 975ph brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of 975ph or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 975ph Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 975ph content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 975ph intellectual property will be pursued under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 975ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 975ph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party payment provider errors;
• Loss of data or account access resulting from failure to maintain secure login credentials;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 975ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

In the event of a dispute between you and 975ph arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution body under applicable Philippine law.
